2019, officially getting started working out in the gym. Mainly train with dumbbells and free body weight. Collaborate compound exercises with HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training), repeating six times per week (Mon~Sat). Start to seeing results after 1-2 months.

2021 December, unlocked my first muscle-up. Start to coach my close friends in high school to get in shape during COVID-19 pandemic.

2022 Spring, unlocked my first one-arm push-up.

2022 summer, unlocked my first push-up freestyle combo (e.g. Superman Push-Up, one-arm push-ups, diamond push-ups, and narrow-to-wide push-up).

2022 October, unlocked "Moonwalk" freestyle on the pull-up bar. Feel proud of myself.

2023 Summer, joining UofT Fitness Club as a member / coach. 2023 August, joining Calisthenics Canada as a member / Athlete💪.

2023 August, get certified as a Personal Trainer after taking 6 ISSA (International Sports Science Association) courses💪!

2024 December, getting hired as a Personal Trainer, working under Gentle Motion, helping senior clients to lose weight and build muscle💪.

2025 May, competing in Canadian National Calisthenics Championship (Men's freestyle Calisthenics category).

2025 July, created my first online coaching account on Instagram: friendly_neighborhood_pt_lion. Posting Calisthenics & my own training insights.


What's NEXT? I can't wait to EVOLVE🚀~!!!
